Restore purchases
Open Settings in the game and choose Restore Purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Permanent direct purchases and an active VIP pass can be restored. Spent consumables, coin-unlocked cosmetics, and local game progress are not restored through this action.
Progress and device changes
Your progress, coins, tickets, and coin-unlocked cosmetics are saved on this iPhone. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a problem: deleting its data or changing devices can lose local progress and balances. Contact support first.
VIP pass
The optional VIP pass lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. Prices and purchase details appear in the game and Apple purchase confirmation.
Ads and privacy choices
Advertising availability varies. If an ad is unavailable, you can continue playing. When available, open the ad privacy options in the game’s Settings to review your consent choices.
