Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Chain Reaction: Sky Trails handles information when you play, make purchases, use optional Game Center features, view ads, or contact support.

Local game data

The game stores progress, settings, player profile information, cosmetic selections, and consumable balances locally on your iPhone. The game does not require a separate developer account. Local data is not a developer-operated cloud backup. Deleting app data can permanently remove local progress.

Apple services and purchases

Apple processes purchases through the App Store. The game uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to deliver purchases and restore eligible access. We do not receive your payment card details. If you use Game Center, Apple processes player identifiers, profile information, and submitted scores to provide leaderboards. Game Center information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple privacy settings.

Advertising and consent

The game includes Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. These services may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad views and interactions, app interactions, performance information, crash data, and other diagnostics for advertising, measurement, service operation, and fraud prevention. Some information may be associated with your device. Advertising identifier use and cross-app tracking are subject to applicable consent and iOS permissions.

The game requests consent information before requesting ads and shows consent choices where required. You can reopen available ad privacy choices through Settings. Device-level privacy choices are available in iOS Settings. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s SDK data disclosure.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, investigate issues, and provide support. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Support messages are not used for advertising.

Website information

This support website has no account system or analytics scripts added by us. Its hosting provider may process standard request information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to serve and secure the website.

Sharing and retention

Apple and Google process information needed for their services. Support email and website hosting providers process information needed to deliver those services. We do not sell support messages. Local game data stays on the device until removed. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to address requests, maintain relevant records, or meet applicable obligations; third-party service retention follows those providers’ policies.

Your choices

You may choose not to use optional Game Center features or purchases. Review available ad privacy options in the game and Apple privacy controls on your device. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided directly to support, subject to applicable requirements. We cannot recover deleted local game progress or directly delete data controlled by Apple or Google.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to support, contact us so we can address it.
